Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bay Harbor Nutrition. We work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or after your order is placed are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email after your order ships. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bayharbornutrition.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@bayharbornutrition.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can assist you.
